Obituary of Margaret Rhea Morris

May 20, 1939 - January 18, 2024

In Loving Memory ~

Margaret passed away peacefully in her sleep into the loving arms of Jesus Christ our Savior. We are happy knowing that she is healthy, happy and at peace in Heaven surrounded by family and friends. Margaret had a Masters Degree in social work and devoted her life to taking care of others. Her faith kept her strong through many difficult times. Margaret was born in Bellshill, Lanarkshire Scotland to her parents Alice and Thomas Palmer. Moving to Canada when she was very young and getting her degrees from the U of A, UBC, and the U of C. Mom as she was known to many had many amazing talents with crafts, painting, needle work, cooking for a recovery group and her family. She cut an album playing the Clarinet with her friends in University, I hope I find it one day. My favourite was her voice and can't wait to hear her singing with the ultimate choir in Heaven.

A Memorial Service will be held at Garden Hill 11765 224th St. Maple Ridge on February 3rd at 1:00 pm.
