Condolence Messages

  1. Ron, Lorelei, Stephen and families.
We offer our condolences for your grief at this time. It will pass and the wonderful memories of Pat will live on. She was always strong and helpful and that is what will keep us all going on, a little wiser, a litter better for having her in our life.
    Jackie and Rod Winning

  2. Elizabeth Jones

    Hello Ron,

My sincerest condolences to you and the rest of the family. I saw the obituary in the Vancouver Sun last night, and was very sad. Pat, and her parents, were significant people for me in my early and mid teens, as you were once you arrived on the scene. My memory of Pat is as described in the paper: generous, loving, and thoughtful. You are in my thoughts and heart.
    Elizabeth Jones
(daughter of Trevor (deceased 2005), and Alicia)

  3. Dear Ron,
I have many fond memories of Pat, the kid sister of my friend and the daughter of the wonderfully hospitable Guy & Mae. I remember her as a cheerful and friendly teenager — a characteristic that she never lost.
With my deepest sympathies to you and your family,
    Jim Olsen

  4. To Ron and family,
I’m so sorry to hear of Pat’s passing. It’s always hard to learn of the loss of
one of us, that being the Class of September’63.
I know that we will all remember her and the three years we lived together and shared so many new experiences.
    Nola (Edwards)

  5. Louise Patterson

I send my thoughts and prayers to you at this sad time. I remember Pat fondly from our Student Nursing days at Vancouver General. She was always so cheerful and friendly.
    Sincerely. Louise Patterson (nee Kennedy)

  6. Pat was in my nursing class of Sept. ’63. I will always remember her kindness and willingness to help whenever needed. I have such fond memories of our 3 years. My condolences to the family. Maureen Kochanuk (Gustafson)

  7. Kathleen Wright

    Dear Lorelei,
I dont know if you will remember me, from youth group to Hammond… Married to Mark Wright…. I wish to extend my deepest sympathies to you, your brother and your dad. I lost my mom to Cancer last August 28th, and understand the grieving process. Keep close to your family, and I hope time heals your pain, as it did mine. Memories are never forgotten, and your mom was a great one. Take care.
