  3. Don and Marlene Davis

We are saddened to hear of Ev’s passing. I am certain you have heard many times of the caring and concerned person she was and she will be remembered as a dear Mama to many. We didn’t realize she celebrated her birthday on the same day as our wedding anniversary. So every May 21 we will remember the lady who always seemed to have a smile on her face and welcoming tone in her voice. Rejoice and be glad that she leaves such a legacy of love and caring. You will be remembered and held in our hearts as you celebrate a life well lived. God Bless all of you. Most sincerely with love, Don and Marlene

  4. How sad I am feeling today. I think I met Ev about 2007, when a retired Avon Lady gave me Ev’s name and asked me to take her on as a customer. It was the start of a great friendship for me. I loved every visit and chat we had. We had similar opinions on things and after my mother passed away, it was nice to have someone to share stories and currant events with. I could see how much she loved and appreciated all her family and friends, and her kitchen always smelled of something good cooking up in the oven for her loved ones. Such a lovely lady. She will be so missed. My deepest condolences to her family.
    Sincerely, Sylvia Fraser

  5. So sorry to hear of your loss. I grew up knowing your mom as a wonderful lady. She is in a much better place with her loved ones that have gone on before her. It’s hard for us, but what joy for her. Rest in peace Aunty Ev.
