Shirley Doreen Covington

December 5, 1925 -- December 28, 2012

Shirley Covington passed away Friday December 28th in Maple Ridge, BC. Born in Selkirk Manitoba December 5th, 1925 to Wallace Percy and Violet Burns. Predeceased by her parents, brother Harvey and husband Allen. Shirley is survived by sisters Beryl and Roberta (Bobbi), daughter Betty (Don), sons Brad (Carol), Blaine (Deb), and Brent (Deb), 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Shirley was a fantastic mother and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff at Holyrood Manor for taking great care of Mom and Dad in their final years. A celebration of life will be held at a later date, in lieu of flowers please make a donation to your favorite charity.
