  6. TO MARLENE, BRAD & FAMILY

The employees at Burrard Terminal are stunned to hear of your loss. It seems such a short time since Shawn retired.

…A life that touches others goes on forever.

    Our prayers are with you.

  7. For over 30 years Shawn was my workmate. Although for most of that time we did not work in the same department, our paths crossed every day. I used to play a game with her where I would rush forward to the lunch room door, hold it open and announce that a lady was coming in. She would giggle and as she often did.
I am just one of many who is very saddened to have lost Shawn and to know that she will not be dropping by to visit with us. She was a popular workmate and very professional at her job.
I apologize that I will not be able to attend Shawn’s service, but she will be very much in my thoughts on Wednesday.

    Murray Steele,
    Suncor

  8. On behalf of Petro-Canada Lubricants and all it’s current and past employees that worked with Shawn, I’d like to offer our sincere condolences on Shawn’s sudden passing. It was a shock to say the least. I was Shawn’s co-worker and supervisor for over 25 years. One thing I remember about her was her ability to melt anyone’s heart with her laugh and a smile. It was also evident that her family was a great source of joy. It’s difficult to comprehend that we were celebrating her retirement just a few years ago. She will be missed, greatly.
