Roy S. Langston

April 19, 1933 – December 2, 2011

Roy passed away peacefully surrounded by love, of complications from Alzheimers Disease. He leaves his loving family; wife, Margaret, daughters, Diane and Linda; stepchildren, Bill (Debbie),
Wendy (Bob) and his adored grandchildren, Nikkila, Trevor, Katrina and Julia. He is also survived by brothers, Bruce and Bill, their families, many nieces, nephews and very many friends.

We cannot thank enough the wonderful caring staff and families at Hawthorne where Roy had resided since November, 2010.

Please join us to celebrate Roy’s life on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 1:00p.m. – Garden Hill Funeral Chapel, 11765 224th Street, Maple Ridge, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations gratefully accepted by Alzheimers Society of BC or Hawthorne Seniors Care Community.

   Margaret, I am so sorry for your loss. I only met Roy a few times, but he seemed like a joyful man with great stories and interesting to listen to. My heart is with you Love Nyree And lots of hugs to Bill Wendy and families

   I just heard the news, I am so so sorry to hear about Roy. I always enjoyed walking by with Lucky and just talking to Roy. He will be really really missed.
