July 29, 1932 – May 18, 2010

Born July 29, 1932 in Augustine Cove, PEI. Peacefully passed through the gates of heaven on May 18, 2010 in Maple Ridge, BC .Predeceased by his wife Diane of 44yrs, brothers Earl and Ivan and sister Phillis. Dad will be sadly missed by his children – sons Eric (Tara) and Brian; daughters Carolyn, Donna and Kimberley (Rob); grandchildren Sherri, James, Rachael, Melissa and Kaitlyn and great grand daughter Serenity.
Dad you will always be lovingly remembered for your caring heart, warm smile and good sense of humor. You are forever in our hearts.

I enjoyed being your fathers neighbour. He had such a great sense of humour. He would come out and help me with my granddaughter chasing her up and down the halls. A lot of the tenents of Alder are missing him..especially Miss Pearl.
So sorry for the loss of your father he was a good friend to me.

Grandpa, I still can’t believe you’re gone. I miss you so much and wish I could see your face or hold your hands……you were taken away from us so suddenly and I didn’t say to you all I wanted to say. You were the best Grandfather a granddaughter could ask for, I will miss your whistling, joking and your laughter. Rest in peace and I am happy you are now with Grandma. I love you more then words can say.

Hello Grandpa,

Its already been 4 years since you passed and I wish so much you were still with us…its just not the same without you. I hope you are having a good time up there in heaven with Grandma~ listening to some old country songs stomping your foot and eating spaghetti lol.

I miss you very much and I love you Grandpa.
