passed away on February 14, 2012 in Maple Ridge, B.C. at age 91 years. He is survived by his loving family; 3 sons Rieuwert(Sylvia), Folkert, and John(Jane); also 2 grandchildren Stephanie and Ian.

   I was saddened to hear that Mr. Buitenga passed away. I knew him from working in Dr. Mac’s dental office and he was always so cheerful and kind. We all took a liking to him – such a nice man! I hadn’t seen him recently but I am sorry for your family’s loss. Leslie
