    Dear Joe and Pook,
Know that I am thinking of you both. It is so hard to lose our parents and even though she was able to live a long life, it’s hard for those left behind in her absence. May the memories and the time you shared with her bring you peace. Love, Heather.

  3. My dearest grandma:you will be forever missed & always remembered. I will cherish the countless memories I have that dating back to my early childhood years down at your house on Wharf St. in Hammond. It was the place where our families saw each other more than anywhere else which usually involved what was happening in or around the Boat House or on the river which usually ended up with us eating one of many lunches or dinners prepared by you. I loved your home cooked meals, your apple pies to your jarred peaches & pears as they were always appreciated & enjoyed & you as a mother passed on all those cooking skills to my mom .
I’m glad you lived a long life & were able to see many of your grandchildren including me grow up through the years & also getting to see a few of your great grandchildren including my son Kody on occasion, he always remembered & commented on all the birds flying around the house ๐Ÿ™‚
“You will be missed & remembered”
Sending you my prayers & love.
    Your grandson: Karl
