  1. Margorie Ayles (Woodcock) :

Captain Simson will be missed by the many people whose lives were so fortunate to be touched by him. He was indeed a mentor and a second father to many of us. My deepest condolences go out to his daughter Caroline a very dear long time friend of mine and her family. Mr. Simson was one of a kind and I was so fortunate to have him as a huge part of my teen years at 2893 Seaforth Highlanders Army Cadets. Thank you sir may you rest in paradise with your wife Grace ❤

  2. Great memories and laughs I will always have of Uncle George his kindness and hospitality on our visits to Canada and loved it when he came to visit us in Scotland. Now he will be able to carry on forever with his beloved Grace and he will always be in our hearts.
    RIP Uncle George
Love Ronay, Yvonne, Deveron & Saxon xxxx

  4. Marilynn ingham :

I was a neighbour of George’s at haney pioneer village. George was a good member of our coop and was sorely missed when he moved from us. To his family I’m sorry for your loss. Although we often had a difficult time understanding his Scottish brogue, we always enjoyed his sense of humour.
