Etta Marjorie Cote

Feb 03,1936-Dec 30,2012 has passed into the arms of her sons Bob and Hume in heaven. Profoundly missing her are: her husband Jacques Cote; her brothers Bill and Jim and their families; her daughters Marjorie, Darlene, and Sandra; all her children’s spouses and all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Our father, Oswald Eyford, also precedes her. She was known as Marge, Mom, Grandma, Mummy-mum and GG. Her family and friends heartily agree we have lost a great woman. She will be remembered as an amazing singer, a loving mother and wife, a teacher, a friend and confidant and most of all remembered for her ability to find the unique traits of an individual and make them feel special by giving them her unconditional love.

Services will be held at Garden Hill Funeral Chapel, 11765-224th Street Maple Ridge B.C., Sunday 2:00 pm, January 06, 2013.

   To all Marjories’ family, our deepest condolences. I didn’t know Marj
   well, but have nothing but fond memories of the times we did meet, which
   were often graced by her raising her beautiful voice in song.
