To the McLaughlin family,

Please accept our condolences, our thoughts and prayers for your family regarding the passing of Don. In our opinion, he was the nicest man we have ever had the privilege of meeting. Brad and I were able to get our very first apartment on 14th Avenue and Cedar Valley Road, in Mission, at the very young age of 18, 32 years ago. It was Don who must have seen something in both of us, while we were so young, to trust us to stay living at this apartment building. It became a longstanding relationship with us over the years. Don (and Marnie) accepted us back to living in the apartments 3 x's! He was a wonderful man whom we will never forget. Take care.

Respectfully,
Brad and Rene Paterson
