It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Chuck peacefully at his home in Port Coquitlam. He will be sadly missed by children Gregg (Diane), Gayle (Lex), grandchildren Danny, Shareane, Shane (Jessica), Clayton, Nichole, Brian and Darren, great grandchildren, Savannah, Hayden and Wyatt, sister Irene, brothers Bob and Ken, and many other family and friends.
Service
Service to be held Saturday, February 27th at 11:00 a.m. at Garden Hill Funeral Home, 11765 224th St. Maple Ridge.

Vincent Frank, born in Terchova, Slovakia on Feb. 16th, 1934 passed away in Maple Ridge on Feb 20th, 2010. Predeceased by his brothers Victor and Marcel and daughter-in-law Michelle, he is survived by his wife Olga , sons Daniel and Perry (Vittoria), daughter Sandee (Edy), brother John (Lorraine), grandchildren Tony, Heidi (Gerold), Tom, Jesse, AnneMarie, Sepp, and Vincent, great-grandchildren, Fynn, Jade, Clayton, Randie and Jacob.
Prayers
Prayers will be at St. Luke’s Catholic Church 20285 Dewdney Trunk Road, Maple Ridge, on Wednesday, February 24th at 6 p.m.
Funeral Mass
Funeral Mass will be on Thursday at 11 a.m. at St. Luke’s with Father Amador Abundo celebrating.
Special thanks to Fr. Abundo, Dr. Chapman and Dr. Yu, the nursing staff on 3 west and McKenney Creek for their compassionate care. In lieu of flowers donations to the Oncology Dept. or McKenney Creek hospice at Ridge Meadows Hospital, Box 5000, Maple Ridge, V2X 9Z9 would be appreciated.

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our mother, Gerry Stewart. Mom was born in Vancouver, BC and at the age of 12 she moved to Maple Ridge, where she lived until she got married then moved to Fort Langley to raise a family. Mom is survived by her brother Rod (Dorothy) Kenworthy, her ex-husband and friend Sam Stewart, and her 3 daughters Terry (Frazer), Gayle (Steve), and Lois. She was blessed with 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister Phyllis. Mom will be remembered for her jovial, fun-loving personality and her love of singing.
Celebration of Life
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 21st at 1pm at the Haney Pioneer Village co-op: 11830 230th street, Maple Ridge.

It is with great sorrow and heartache that we announce the sudden and tragic passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, mama and friend. Iren is predeceased by her husband Karoly. Leaving to mourn her abrupt passing her children; Karoly Jr, Johnny & Donna, Louie, Linda, Mavis, Laszlo & Kim; grandchildren, Tanya (Johnathan), Johnny Jr. (Dana), Amanda, Tyler (Liz), Brianna, Cody, Karly, Katey, Kelly, Zackary; great grandchildren , Jayden, Nevaeh, Riley. Born in Kormend, Hungary, making her way with her family to B.C. through Pittsburgh, Iren has many family and friends across the world mourning her passing. Iren loved to cook and bake for her family and anyone else that would happen to stop by. She always greeted you with a warm cup of coffee and a plate full of cookies. Another pastime of Iren’s was “donating” at Bingo, but her main concern was always making sure everyone was together and safe.

Donald passed away peacefully on Saturday January 30 in the ECU at Mission Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his sons Mark(Nichole)McLaughlin, Donald Hugh McLaughlin, Daughter Dorthy Joan(Jerry)Wilson, Daughter inlaw Arlene MacIndoe, Granddaughters Mary(Craig)Knaus, Kirsten McLaughlin, and Sister in law Ada(Alan)Hooper. He will be sadly missed by his family including many nieces / nephews and friends, those he made at Carrington House as well as his roommates and friends at the ECU.
Our Heartfelt thanks to all the staff at the Dr A. J. Stuart Pavilion for their warm and wonderful care these last 13 months of our Papas life.

Surrounded by love, Elva went to be with her Lord on Jan. 27, 2010. Predeceased by her Husband Ed. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Beth (Chuck) and her son Bill (Lee) as well as her large extended family. Elva was born in Dewdney, B.C. and lived on a farm in Silverdale until she left to join the Royal Canadian Air force women’s division. Elva was interested in everything that life offered but particularly enjoyed reading, politics, the ex service women’s’ meetings, and time with her family. Her special gift was with children, especially babies, earning her title of “baby whisperer”. The family would like to thank the wonderful Nurses, Doctors and Staff of Emergency and 2 West at Ridge Meadows Hospital. Their care for our mother and support for the family will never be forgotten. A celebration of Elva’s life will be held on February 5th at 10:30am, at Garden Hill Funeral Chapel – 11765 224th Street, Maple Ridge. Interment to follow at Hatzic Cemetery at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion, or the Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation.

She is survived by her children Mary Ann (John), Tina (Len), John (Rita), Toni (Len) and Nancy (Jeff), 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, as well as siblings William, Helena and Lambert.
